Refund policy

At SMA & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return policy, giving you 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
  • With all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Quality Assurance Step: To protect both the customer and our brand, we kindly require a brief unboxing video showing the condition of the package and item upon arrival. This helps us expedite your claim with our couriers if damage occurred during transit.

How to Start a Return
  1. Contact Us: Email SMA@Smaco.Online to request a return.
  2. Wait for Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and the specific return address via email.
  3. Authorization Required: Please do not send items back to the origin address without prior confirmation from our team. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at SMA@Smaco.Online so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:
  • Personal Care & Beauty: Lipsticks, skincare, and perfumes.
  • Hygiene Items: Underwear or intimate apparel.
  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on "Final Sale" or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above (unworn, with tags, and original packaging).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
